At Celestial Spa, we are committed to providing a relaxing and seamless experience for all our guests. Please review our policies to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other guests.
- No-Call, No-Shows: Guests who fail to notify us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Lateness Policy
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment to relax and prepare.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session out of respect for other guests’ appointments. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your scheduled time.
- If we are late starting your session for any reason, you will receive the full scheduled time.
Spa Package Changes & Cancellations
For spa packages that require specific room setups or products, we kindly request a 24-hour notice if you need to:
- Cancel or reschedule a spa package.
- Opt out of a service included in your package.
- Add additional services to your package.
This helps us prepare and ensure the best possible experience for all guests.
Appointments
- Walk-Ins: While we are able to accept same day appointments on occasion, we strongly recommend booking an appointment to secure your preferred service and time. We do not accept walk-ins.
- Same-Day or Future Bookings: Appointments can be scheduled for the same day or at a later date by calling us at (843) 997-7440 or booking online.
Cell Phones
For your relaxation and out of consideration for other guests, we kindly request that all devices are silenced upon entering the spa.

- Sunday & Monday: Closed
- Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6 PM
